Artsare  is a business in the Embroidery industry that markets Embroidery solutions.

Delivery policy

Upon reciept of payment, goods can be downloaded from our site. You will recieve an e-mail informing you of the download procedure.

Return and Refunds policy

All the designs sold on the Artsare websites are licensed for the original customer use only. You cannot sell, trade, copy, loan, transfer or in any way duplicate the design software (digitized design files) in any part or whole without violating copyright law.

You many use any designs on any items for yourself or that are distributed as gifts. You can also use the designs on items for resale, as long as long as you make them yourself as part of a home business and they are not made or sold on a commercial scale.

No refunds or exchanges on or any digitally delivered item (embroidery designs) are allowed unless defective at the time of purchase and only for the same exact product.

The Arts Are website will work with you to help download any items to ensure your order is received. Assistance will be provided for any problem.

If downloaded product is ordered in duplicate, a voucher can be arranged in the case of notification within 30 days.

*CREDITS:

Credits may also be given at the discretion of the digitizer/author for any products that may not work for you. Any endeavors’ must be made on your part first to work with the team at the Artsare website, and or the digitizer/author to help make it work for you, before a credit will be considered. Proof that the item is faulty may be needed.

Customer privacy policy

Artsare shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).  Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the Artsare bank account, the details of which will be provided on request

Credit card acquiring and security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Artsare via 2Checkout.com who are the approved payment. 2Checkout.com  uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to 2Checkout.com to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by Artsare separately from card details which are entered by the client on 2Checkout.com secure site. For more detail on 2Checkout.com

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is American Dollar ($).

Responsibility

Artsare takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods

Variation

Artsare may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
